Ingredients
•1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups orange liqueur

Preparation
Dissolve the sugar in the boiling milk and add the vanilla extract. Allow to cool and place in the refrigerator. In a blender pour the milk, very cold, orange liqueur and four ice cubes. Once well blended, pour into elongated bowls and sprinkle instant coffee.

• 200 g butter
• 1 egg yolk
Preparation
Sift the almond flour with 125 g of icing sugar.Beat the egg whites until stiff.Add dry ingredients and mix.With the pastry bag making macaron disks onto waxed paper and let stand two hours.Bake at 175 ° C for 12 minutes.Make the filling by dissolving the coffee in boiling water.Beat butter at room temperature with 75 g of powdered sugar, add the egg yolk and finally the coffee, getting a cream that will fill the macarons.
